M.T. was Meddie and Carrie's second child. Their first child, Ruth Elizabeth, died just before she was two years old. M.T. was born in Fort Worth, Texas on November 16, 1916 and died in October 1971 at age 55. He served in World War II. In 1947 he married our mother, Dorothy Jean Harris in Dallas, Texas. M.T. and Jean had two children, Saundra and Cynthia. They were married almost 24 years. M.T. was a body man for East Texas Motor Freight in Dallas for many years..

Following M.T.'s death, Jean married William E. Jenkins. Jean and Bill lived in Reagor Springs, just down the road from where M.T.'s family home originally stood.

Saundra Milam Whisenant

Cynthia Milam Faries

Saundra was born August 27, 1949 and married Michael Whisenant on November 27, 1968 and live in Murphy, Texas. They have two children, Julie (1971) and Adam (1975). Saundra is working part-time, does web design on the side and volunteers as an Adult ESL teacher. Mike works for SureTec Insurance Company as a Bond Underwriter. Julie is married to James Robinson They have twins, Reid and Rebecca (1999) and live in Plano, TX. James owns a commercial real estate company, RJR Commercial. Julie is a 3rd grade teacher at Borchardt Elementary in Frisco ISD. Julie and James have been married since 1994.

Adam married Stephanie Meyer in 2000 and they live in Forney, TX. Adam is a regional biologist for Texas Parks and Wildlife Resource Protection and Stephanie is teacher for the Mesquite ISD. Adam & Stephanie have a son, Owen, who was born in 2006.

Cynthia was born January 2, 1956 and married Allen Faries on April 2, 1988. They have one son, Samuel Milam Faries (1992) and live in Austin, TX.

Dorothy Jean and William E. Jenkins

Bill and Jean were married May 15, 1974 they lived on Old Reagor Springs Road in the community to Reagor Springs between Waxahachie and Ennis, TX.

Jean is retired from the Federal Government after working for the IRS, Fannie Mae and DCASR-Dallas. Jean is currently living in Garland.

Bill was a retired Army Colonel and is also retired from DCASR-Dallas. Bill passed away in 2005.
